Homestay Description
Set in between rice paddies, banana and corn plantations this peaceful village is an amazing spot to spend a night. Far away from the tourist happenings in Alona beach you will see how small communities in the Philippines live simply yet still enjoy their lives. The locals in this village really know how to have a laugh and this will be a very entertaining evening. It is an amazing natural setting. You will have breakfast up a hill next to the barangay (community) hall and then visit the nearby Kawasan falls - stunning! Please note that this homestay has a charge of 1000P/person to cover the banquet feast, live band, entertainment and trip to Kawasan falls. It is an overnight experience which allows you to see Philippines village life in Bohol and is the perfect addition to your tour around the chocolate hills. If your group would like pick up from Alona then this can be arranged at an additional cost of 200P/person. Proceeds from this homestay go towards getting a water supply to houses in the village. Note this homestay will not be confirmed until we have a minimum of 8 people. We will get in touch with you when you book to let you know how many others are currently booked on the same date as you. We will not accept any money until the homestay is confirmed.
